Joe Stadnicar has been practicing law in Fairborn, Greene County, and the Miami Valley since 1990. As a trial attorney, former Fairborn prosecutor and legal advisor to individuals, families, and small businesses, he brings a wealth of legal lnowledge and experience to assist his clients with a wide range of legal matters. Previously, he was a partner at the long established Beavercreek law firm of Hammond, Stier, Stadnicar LLC, which dissolved in 2024. He practices in all Ohio state and federal courts. His law degree is from the Ohio State University (1990), as is his MBA (1989). His undergraduate degree is from John Carroll University (1986).
